- Monitor and manage ship technician service work - Monitor work in process to ensure timely completion of repair and invoicing - Supervising members of the service department including technicians and office staff - Communicate directly with the Shop Coordinator, Product Support Representative, other departments, technicians and customer - service regarding pending, ongoing and completed jobs - Work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers to ensure use of the most up to date technical data and procedures - Performing performance reviews - Helping management with annual budgets - Overseeing warranty - Delivering a financial statement that meets or exceeds expectations - Maintain the highest standards in Safety practices and policies
