RFP for Loan Packaging and Small Business Consulting

The purpose of this bulletin is to announce that FAJ Consulting Services Inc. is seeking proposals for loan packaging and small business consulting.

**Services to be provided:**

Applicants shall provide small business owners with one-on-one coaching and consultation to prepare and package loan requests to be submitted to appropriate lenders.

Coaching and consultation topics should cover the following areas:

- Pre-underwriting techniques to identify qualifying factors or the lack thereof. - Debt Service Coverage calculation to determine repayment ability. - Generation of an Income Statement Projection. - Loan Packaging - Assistance throughout the underwriting process until funding determination

**Proposal requirements:**

Bid should include responses to the following: Describe ability and experience demonstrating at least five (5) years of experience in providing technical assistance services to businesses in the Los Angeles area. Proposers must cite previous accomplishments and offer referrals from organizations or clients for whom they have performed similar work. Failure to provide referrals, relevant examples, and/or sample work will be considered non-responsive. Business clients include a wide range of industries, including but not limited to retail, restaurant, technology, personal services, and more. All bids will be reviewed for their qualifications, demonstrative ability, services proposed, and cost analysis based on job performance and funding.

**Deadline:** Submissions are due by 6:00 p.m. on March 7, 2024.

**Submission Requirements:**

● Cover Page should include the proposer (s) name, address, contact information, and total bid amount.

● The proposal should be no more than three (3) pages long (not including cover page and/or evidence of successes) in Microsoft Word or PDF format, font size 10-12.
