Part-Time Job for STUDENT!

We are seeking a STUDENT, to PART Time co-manage homes in the Hollywood Hills. Ideal candidates must have a background/knowledge in single family home construction/repairs. Must live near West Hollywood, have reliable transportation, be a tech savvy, responsible, organized and be able to multitask on a day to day basis. Must be able to coordinate landscapers, contractors, cleaners, utility companies and tenants repair request for all homes. Use of email, text, phone is a must. Microsoft Office is a plus!!!
