One Site Property Manager ~ 25 Unit Property

**Calling all Property Managers with at least 2 years PM experience.**

We are seeking a qualified team member to assist with duties related to the operations of this 25 unit property located in Panorama City, CA.

Section 8 Experience and Bilingual with Spanish is helpful but not necessary.

Duties include: Leasing ~Section 8 Inspections ~ Property Walks & Reporting to Management
