Nice, Young Guy looking for Room (Hollywood / Bev Hills)

Looking for a low-rent or work-trade living situation. Very easygoing, clean, not loud, don't smoke, reliable. Looking to stay within the Hollywood / Bev Hills area ideally, where I've been living for years. At my current 2-bedroom apartment my roommate hasn't been paying their share, after promising money was coming, so I want to get out of here and find a cheaper living arrangement to recoup some costs and not be liable for someone else again.
