**MacArthur Park sure has gone downhill with the likes of the "sanctuary state" protected psychos, better known as MS13. Would someone please advise Governor Nuisance that law enforcement and prisons exist so that the general public's safety is protected from the wrath of pathetic scum like MS-13**
