We have 2 rooms available in a large quiet two-story 4br/ 2ba house with a conventional layout with all of the bedrooms are on the top story and all the common areas are downstairs.

The house also features a large kitchen / prep area with maple cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and a full laundry center. There is off-street, secured gated parking in the rear of the property, accessible via an automatic opening gate.

There is a large living room/ lounge area for relaxation, a full-size dining room which is perfectly suited as a work/study area and a separate media room/ library with eat-in accommodation.

This actively managed property is part of an enclosed shared housing complex and because we are about a half mile away from USC, it is generally inhabited by older adult grad students.

But due to our proximity to DTLA/ Wilshire district, we often get an interesting mix of corporate commuters, who work in the city for the week before traveling home for the weekends- and downsizers- looking to get their savings up to make their next move, usually to purchase property or travel.

We are centrally located near an Expo line station and is within minutes of Downtown Los Angeles, USC, Mount St. Mary’s, FIDM, the Wilshire corridor and Southwest Law.

As this is community-structured housing we do not allow pets, smoking inside the house or room sharing.
