Economic Crisis What Crisis? Prices are still going Up and Up

I keep reading and hearing about this huge economic crisis. If that was true then home prices and rentals would not be up 10% to 15% and the stock market is up over 15% this year. And food prices went up at least 10% since January. Sounds like most companies are making more money not less.
Doesn't make sense?
