1) shifting cable housings lubed, fully tuned (front & rear)

2) brakes cable housing lubed, front & rear calipers centered

3) hubs front & rear hubs disassembled, lubed, proper pre-load set

4) wheels trued runout < .5mm, spokes properly tensioned. Wheels roll smooth
